Corsa C water pump replacement, auxilary belt tensioner replacement

 Hi

as per subject, below step by step how to deal with the above.

As you will need to lower your engine, make sure you have proper jack under the engine with enough reach so you can lower and lift it

This bolt is pretty long. You will have to use the hole in chassis to remove it. Adjust heigh of your engine if necessary

Just in case you forget draw a sketch where you will mark the way the belt goes

When removing old water pump I put every single bolt to the correct hole on a new pump. Bolts have different length so it id easy to made mistake.

Remove the debris of old seal; use sand paper if needed however the grit should be high like 250-300

New seal

New tensioner

Now bleed the cooling system

Job done
